The purpose of this article is to guide you through the steps involved in subscribing to the RMS
Support Desk
news feed. By subscribing to our news feed you will receive an email each time a new article is added to our news feed. We add articles when:

Advantages of Registering
The RMS Support Desk allows users to register themselves. Users who become registered have the following benefits:
Registering with RMS Support Desk should not take more than a couple of minutes and you will appreciate the benefits.

Step 1: Open the Subscribe Panel
To start the process of subscribing to our news feed you will need to open the Subscribe Panel. You may do that by clicking on the tab labeled Subscribe next to the Login tab.
Step 2: Enter your email address
In the first box enter your email address as shown in the screen shot. Note that email addresses are not case sensitive.
Step 3: Click the [Submit] button
To submit your subscription request you will need to click on the [Submit] button as shown in the screen shot above. The RMS Support Deskwill then send a validation email to the email address you entered. In that email there will be a link that you will need to click on so as to validate and complete your subscription request.
